Purchased several policies through this company. Lack of knowledge of our business operations and risk profiles led to wasted time, and unreasonably high coverage costs resulted. Inaccurate and inconsistent pricing for standard insurance letters, such as AI coverage. Not sure if their low level of service results from organizational incompetence; it may relate to an attempt to cover many different business sectors and so have relatively sparse knowledge of each... Please file noyes hall allen under “Not to Recommend.”

I love this insurance agency. They are thorough, efficient, responsive and very knowledgeable. They shopped my requirements around and presented me with a spreadsheet showing rate comparisons for the same coverage across 5 different insurance companies so I could choose. It is a pleasure to deal with someone local whose hand I can shake and who understands my situation and can advise me on the right products.
