The Office of Compassionate Use is inadequate and unprofessional . Apparently nobody is overseeing this office . After waiting on hold for over an hour , spoke to a rep and she advised that they have everything but I still have to wait an additional 2 weeks . I’ve already waited 6 weeks and my payment to the Dept of Health was processed 2 days ago though it was received on 8/17 When I asked for this reps name she said Joanne I asked for her last name and she said it is just Joanne . When I asked for a supervisor she hung up. Tried to call the dept of health and guess what ? No answer there either. There’s nobody to assist or protect the patients they supposedly serve.

Absolutely terrible. They received my payment and online application for mm over a month ago.... STILL no response, no acknowledgement, nothing. They will not pick up their phones and they will not even respond to email! They simply do not care about those they are meant to serve - completely unacceptable!!!

They are the most horrible department I have ever had to deal with . They always screw up your paperwork, and getting someone on the line to help you is like waiting in line at Walmart on pay day.
