I just wanted a quote to insure a house I am buying. I was treated like a villain trying to extort something from an insurance company. The initial lady I spoke with was very nice but she could not explain what "wind mitigation" was so I was put on to the boss. Wind mitigation seems to be something unique to Florida as is a "four point". Three other insurance brokers were able to quote me & tell me that if I got these two inspections I could be eligible for further discounts. Not this guy, instead he insulted me. What a jerk.

He also found a home owners insurance policy that was significantly more affordable with comparable coverage.
