Horrible the staff sucks bunch of lazy people! Me and my wife had insurance through northtown best rate they could find for 2 cars was approximately 400 a month. Then could and a 3rd vehicle! Went through a local insurance company and pay 167 a month for 3 vehicles one of which has full coverage! Canceled our insurance through them and 2 months later im getting bills saying they cancelled because of non payment and i have a past due balance! So i call the actual insurance company and they say they never got a cancellation paper from northtown. What bunch of bs! This place sucks! Would never go there or recommend to any one not even my worst enemy!

We love having North Town Insurance as our insurance agency! When we needed to get a new auto policy, we were really nervous because one of the drivers on our policy has a not so stellar driving record. Even with that, they were able to provide me with several options that fit our budget and we ended up with an insurance policy with a great carrier by the end of the night! We even had our auto ID cards hand delivered the next morning! We have had nothing but positive experiences since then. Thank you North Town!

Well, I think as a customer I have the right to cancel the policy anytime if I think the rate is not fair. However, when I called the sale representative and that guy just shout at me. I can understand the feeling that try to save a customer, but I really can not accept that kind of overwhelmed emotions, which felt hurt and frustrated. Ridiculous. How can I trust a company with a representative that even can not being calm?

I was with my last agency for over 15 years. I decided to shop around for better rates and customer service. And I found it. They went to work for me and find the right policies.
