This is a bad, dissatisfied review from a 17 year loyal AAA member. On a second vehicle added to my automobile policy, I was quoted $256.00 premium. When I received the policy it was increased to $446.00. Efforts to rectify this with AAA customer service failed. I was told the AAA representative must not have entered my vehicle VIN number or entered it wrong thus the low premium. A supervisor told me there was nothing she could do and when asked said there was no appeal process. It made me think of the immoral and unethical sales practice of bait and switch where you are given a low price to sell you then it is switched to a higher price. I wonder. This transaction shook my faith and trust in AAA and made me wonder how fair they would be in handling an actual accident.

I never received my registration from the DMV. I called and they were actually very helpful, and suggested that my best bet for a replacement was AAA if I was a member (I am). The folks at AAA had me out of there with a new reg. and sticker in about ten minutes!

Always faster and easy to take care of car/DMV stuff than to go to the DMV! AAA roadside service is always a great life saver in times of car problems on the road....battery service is great too.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, the travel agents are terrific. I have rarely had to wait more than ten minutes after walking in without an appointment.
