I love AAA and usually the service is amazing. Unfortunately my most recent visit was very dissapointing. After signing in we were asked to sit in an area for the next available associate. No one else was sitting in the section. There were two associates working when we sat down. One finished with a customer and after looking at her computer, then at us and then at the large clock on the wall she got her purse out and began putting on lip stick. She then got up and went to the bathroom and then started getting her purse together. During this time 2 other customers had sat down. When the clock reached 1:00pm she grabbed her stuff and left. This all took about 10 minutes. A few minutes later the other associate finished and called on one of the people who came in 10 minutes after we did. We waited another 15 minutes, and again the associate called on the second person who had come in after us. After sitting there for 45 minutes we decided to leave. When we went past the front desk we informed the clerk why we were leaving. There was not even so much as an apology or an offer to try to get us with an associate. It was clear that the first associate was more concerned with her lunch break and my guess is when she did not serve us the next name on the list came up for the other associate. Very poor customer service.

When i need them they didnt help and made me pay out of pocket for a tow and said they would reimburse. I called the palm harbor location and asked if i could file the claim there and was told yes i could. I get to the office and they tell me its an online thing and that i would have to go buy stamps and an envelope to go send them off on my own i asked if they could help me there and was told no. I really wish the communication was on the. Same page ive wasted a lot of money because of miscommunication. I do not think i will renew my membership because i feel like i wad robbed. I paid in advance for a service still had to pay for a tow and now my reimbursal isnt looking like its going to happen. Good job guys.

I was satisfied totally with my interaction with the AAA office at Palm Harbor, FL. The CSA was knowledgeable and professional. Moreover, she helped me with my ticket purchases for my children and grandchildren. I was disappointed only with the software issues that were not her fault. I waited more than 40 minutes to complete my purchase because the AAA software was non-functional. There were many clients behind me who were also waiting for service. this is disappointing and unacceptable for a firm like AAA that relies on customer support. I went during my lunch hour (so I had limited time) for some Trip-Tik maps. The receptionist was cordial and efficient and there was no one waiting in front of me (so I thought). I figured I was next in line but noticed other customers being shuffled in front of me! They were not sitting in the designated "waiting area" in front of the travel desk! I waited around 30 minutes and still did not get any help or even acknowledgement so I left. It is way too busy during lunch hour so I recommend finding another time.

My wife and I went in to the Palm Harbor office at 5:10 pm hoping to get our passport photos. I was apprehensive that we would not be well received coming is so late in the day for this service. However, the staff was very welcoming and happy to accommodate us and get our photos taken and processed. The whole event only took about 5 minutes. So nice have have smiling faces greet you, even if it is just before time to go home. Thank you AAA Palm Harbor.

My husband and I have been members of AAA for several years. We have always found the staff at the Palm Harbor branch to be very knowledgeable and helpful. We have recently booked our first cruise/tour with Marta Velna in the travel department and have been very impressed with her eagerness to provide us with every detail needed for both the cruise and optional excursions. I would highly recommend this office.

My wife and I were informed of an upcoming AAA Mystery Tour which we planned to purchase. We are members of AAA in Trinity and our traveling partners are members at Palm Harbor; since we wished to travel together, we decided to work collectively at Palm Harbor. The agent was truly professional, efficient and handled all our reservations beautifully. She would not divulge, however, the Mystery Tour destination!

I have been very well satisfied with Mary Ann who treated me wonderfully. She knew all the particulars, was quite efficient in putting the packages together and the first trip was a total success. There was no experience. I got in the mail how AAA could save me $500-800 per year by combining my auto and home insurance. The quote I actually got was $600 more than what I am now paying. I responded - this is a joke right. It was obvious they never even look at the info I sent them about my current policies. It was a joke and a waste of my time...

My contact with Joyce Reynolds was no less than expected and a prompt estimate was emailed to me. She handled my insurance previously and I was impressed then and now again. I do, however, suggest there is a problem at reception which could be improved by letting the individual know someone is waiting for them in the wait area.
