This place is pure SLIM. I went to clean out my totaled vehical today. Opened the door and my car had been ram sacked. My console was dumped in my seat. A gallon of milk spilt all over everything in the floor board and seats. A empty Tide laundry container in the floor board. My papers in my glove box was thrown all over the car. They stated they picked my car up like that. I had hit a deer and totaled my vehical 3 weeks prior to them getting it and the car hadnt been drove since. I have pictures of the night i wrecked it only because all 6 air bags deployed and non of that was in my car. I have missing items and a whole cup of change missing out of the cup holder. This place is the worst i have ever seen. Pure TRASH AND FILTH. I Called insurance company and they are LIVID. I will deffintley be claiming a law suit on this company. The guy told me he picked it up like that but then changed his story and said another company picked it up then he got it from them but couldnt tell me the other companys name. He also stated he had inventoried everything in the car but wouldnt show me the list. Probably because my sons Under Armour Hoodie was missing his kids r probably wearing it to school. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I would post pics if i knew how.

This place is awful. My daughter and I recently picked up our car after it was towed, and now we are at an auto place because they did something to our car. Every bump we go over causes our car to rock and twist back n forth. The receptionist was cold and had little to no emotion and was a little rude. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would!! I seriously hope your car is never towed here=
