Laura, our Critter Control rep, was just great. She was very friendly and helpful. Always punctual. Caught 2 rats in the traps but came multiple times to check to ensure that there were no more rats. Really made an anxious time manageable for me. Highly recommend this company. Edit: The rep, Laura, is no longer with the company.I am really upset. 6 months later we have another problem, and now there is a dead carcass in the house producing dozens of flies. When I called the company to trigger the 1 year warranty, I was told that I didnt have any since I didnt opt for the work of closing the holes in the house with them. Laura the rep gave my husband, who is a contractor, a detailed list of the holes that he needed to close, and what materials to use. We couldnt afford the $350 charge for having the company do this, in addition to the $300 we paid for putting rate traps and taking a survey of the home. Laura came back and checked the work that my husband did, and She confirmed that we would still be under the warranty. Now I call and of course, they want to charge me as if I never had the warranty. False advertising and terrible service. Beware.

We had a really bad Rat problem due to abandoned property next door. We started finding evidence of rats and started hearing them through the walls. Checked reviews of exterminators and glad i went with Critter control. Their positive reviews are on the money. They came inspected the home, suggested what needed to be fixed to make sure no more got int, and within 3 weeks, 11 rats had been eliminated. They monitored as part of the plan until there was no more. Then I went with maintenance plan as we still had rats in the yard, monthly plan to replenish stations. Greg would always let me know ahead of time when he was coming. He is very friendly and knows exactly where to place station based on activity.

Critter Control is awesome and I do not say that lightly. When I first called, the gentleman that answered the phone was polite, calm and just wonderful. he had Kassandra Stewart call me and we scheduled a time for us to meet so she could give me an estimate and view the problem. (I had a rat in my garage, ugh!) Kassandra was exactly on time and was also wonderful. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and put me at ease. They then sent Chris Thomas to seal my garage - and again, on time and wonderful. I cannot get over the outstanding customer service and the outstanding work that this company performed. I highly recommend them.

Very good service! After hearing sounds coming from the attic, I called Critter Control and was told Carlos Idiaquez would call me shortly. He did, making an appointment for the next day. He did a very thorough inspection of my attic, roof and building. He promptly found an entry way in the eaves. He found nothing in residence but did find evidence of a mammal, probable opossum. He placed a trap to assure nothing was still in the area, then sanitized and closed the entryway. Carlos was knowledgeable, friendly, and more than competent. I wholeheartedly recommend the service.

Critter control is a great company Kassandra came out the first day and every other day to follow and remove dead rats and set more traps always very personable and kind she is very knowledgable and was able to answer any questions I had they were very thorough in closing any holes outside in the house including a rotten piece of roofing that might become a problem in the future I really appreciate preventive measures taken I feel like this company takes great pride in their work and highly recommend critter control to anyone who needs their services

Weve had ongoing issues with rodents and a handful of other "wildlife/animal/pest conpanies" and thanks to Critter Control of Miami, they were able to FINALLY solve the problem!! Shawn and his team were excellent and super reliable. We just did our entire attic and cleand, replaced insulation and disinfected everything. They were responsible and quick, finished in 1 and half days! Very pelasant to work with and would highly recommend to everyone! Hope to not have to use again, however if i did- i wouldnt hesitate one bit! Good luck!

I used Critter Control to remove a family of opossums from my attic. They were courteous, prompt and delivered a high quality product. Not the cheapest company out there, but after terrible experiences with the cheap companies, Critter Control delivered as promised. To me, the service was worth every penny. They even cleaned out the mess left in my attic once the animals were removed. I would recommend them to anyone that wishes to have their problem taken care of in a professional and expeditious manner.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE MICE ISSUES!!!!!! This company maybe good at trapping racoons and snakes, but they have no idea how yo resolve mice issues. They claimed they patched all the wholes in my property and they trapped the mice that were inside. However I still had mice and they refused to come out to resolve the issue, even though they grantee their work for a year. I ended up having to call another company and pay even more money.

I heard noises in my attic and I called Critter Control and they came out right away. They gave me an estimate to trap the rats I had in my attic and seal up the home from any new ones from getting in and also removed all the old insulation and put new insulation back in. They are a fantastic company with great employees, always on time and kept me up to date with each part of the process.

I had a bee infestation in my home. Critter Control came out to remove a beehive and they were very prompt. The hive was removed successfully and I learned a couple things as the tech was there, Greg was very professional and courteous. I HAVE NO MORE BEES! When the crawl space of my house essentially became an AirBNB for raccoons and possums I called in Critter Control and they came out and humanely trapped the animals, and then sealed up all of the entrances. Their work was excellent and they took care of the problem quickly.
