I went to Home Depot, last Thursday, August 7th, 2014, looking for help because my AC stopped working the day before. There, I talked to Milly, who was very kind and gave us a lot of information about repairing AC and the new systems Home depot was offering. She called the ARS company in Orlando to set an appointment for that same day to solve my AC problem. At about 6pm Sachen an AC technician from that company arrived at my house, he introduced himself very respectfully and asked what the problem was. He checked the AC and found the problem very fast while he was explaining to us about it and how he could solve it. We told him that we wanted a new system since our system had 14 years. We also asked him if he could repair the old one for us to spend the night fresh and he accepted and fixed it. Then, he talked to us and explained everything about installing a new system and its advantages, in fact, he gave us a lot of information. He also talked about the different prices the company had for installation, the 10 years warranty and the opportunity we had to finance it since I had a Home Depot Card. We chose one of the system he offered and he did all the necessary paper work. He also told us that the installers were going to come and install it the next day (Friday). Sachen is a very good professional and very polite, and he is an excellent technician with a great knowledge about AC. He left our house at about 10pm. I would always recommend him. The next day, on Friday 8th, Cris and Braulio, installers from ARS Orlando Company showed up and after introducing themselves and explaining to us what they were going to do, they started their installation work. They did an awesome and fast work. They are also very professional, respectful, and organized. They left everything very clean. They also answered all our questions in a very polite way and with great professionalism. We are a 100% satisfied, and at the same time surprised with these 3 technicians and their well done work smiling all the time . Be sure, that I would always recommend them. To summarize their work. It was an Excellent Job!!!!!! and the Company should be very proud of them.

Delivered what they promised! We had an older HVAC unit on the fritz and it was time to replace. The budget was limited but by working with Rick, their knowledgeable comfort adviser and salesman, he was able to meet me where we needed. After reviewing the house sq footage and other factors, we selected a 2 1/2 ton Rheem split system. Andres and Rubin showed up the next day and worked on the install from about 10 am - 6pm. They were courteous, respectful, and answered any questions I had about the install and new system. They completed all of the items on the invoice (besides the install, we had to have new wire, some copper, check the lines, new deck). It all went exactly how a good install should and the system is working here, helping to keep our tiny abode cool for the summer. This is a big relief because this new AC is a fairly costly item but my concern was about the well being of my family. I will refer this team to anyone who may need new HVAC, especially at a fair price with good service team.

Stephan arrived within hours of my call on a Friday night when my old system fried from a lightening strike. Unfortunately, I had to get an entire new system and Stephan took the time to describe the different choices and how they worked. He was very personable, knowledgeable and made sure to take care of all my concerns. He worked with me on a reasonable price to my satisfaction. Despite the late hour, he made sure we had our new system being installed the very next morning since I have an elderly parent with health issues depending on the air-condition. The next morning, Brandon and Chris called ahead 45 minutes to give me their ETA and came right on time. They also were very personable, professional and got right to work despite the 98 degree heat outside. Things were explained to my satisfaction. From start to finish, this entire experience with these three ARS professionals was the epitome of perfect customer and technical service! I will be asking for them by name in the future, Great job, guys!

I had a maintenance issue with the Air.Cond. unit at a rental place i own. I did call and the deal was if there is labor and replacement ,i would pay for them and they would waiver the maintenance fees initial call , which is around 75$. The technician was punctual and professional and he changed the defective unit which was the transformer of the blower . His repair took around 30 min . The invoice for the labor and the part , was 327$ .( Market price for the Transformer max 75$ ) .My GOD , they charged me for labor work around 250$ for a 30 min. work. This is nonsense ; they promise you to waive the maintenance call i.e. the 75$ , but they add it on the invoice indirectly. .... I called them to complain and asked for the service manager . They never called back. I called again and spoke with the dispatch manager , who is not accountable . Conversation ended up with no result. I give credit only for the technician . When it comes to labor , they are way overpriced.

First off, I want to say that this is the best experience that I have ever had with ANY plumbing/AC service. There is a reason why I called back for a second time and requested the same technician. Level of courtesy used while in the house was awesome. Arrival time based on what we discussed on the phone was also spot on. He did a very good job explaining exactly what was going on based on observation as well as letting me know what my options are before anything is ever started. As a homeowner relying on a service, you cannot ask for anything better that what Sean exhibited for both of the service calls that he came onsite for. I will and would recommend ARS to anyone who tells me that they are looking for any of the services that they offer. Thanks again for the great service and professionalism,

Our AC broke down and we called Home Depot. Home Depot sent Comfort Advisor – Matt to our house who explained our options. He was very polite and knowledgeable of the ton and seer size of unit we needed. The next day the Home Depot contractors from ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando came to install the unit. Braulio and Alexis arrived to install the new HVAC Replacement. Later Victor and Kalvin arrived to help. They were all knowledgeable, courteous, and professional individuals. They all worked together doing an excellent job! They cleaned up when finished and provided answers to questions I had. I would highly recommend this great group (Braulio, Alexis, Victor, and Kalvin) for future work. They did an outstanding job!!

All I can say is that everyone went above and beyond & did their utmost to give the best possible service.; they were extremely professional and made sure to explain everything in detail Stephan C. was great in fixing me up in every way possible. He went above and beyond to give me possible advice and service I have ever had. He was called by maintenance tech who felt in over head and arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable and confident with all his options explained. After being shown in detail all issues, I decided to replace the old system. I Singed up for the a/c maintenance special from The Home Depot and quickly received a call to schedule the appointment. The appointment was confirmed the day before and the technicain (Jay) called before arriving and on time! Jay performed the a/c check with courtesy and professionalism that is welcome change from past experiences with other companies. As he performed the check he showed me what was recommended to keep the unit operating efficiently. I received a follow up call from ARS soon after he was done to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely happy with the service Jay and ARS provided and will definitly be calling them again for service.. Thank again Jay.

Just purchased a new a/c unit which was installed Saturday 10th. Had to call for a service call because of thermostat clicking loudly on and off and hurricane wind sounds coming from fan thru the intake. Jose M. came out and replaced the thermostat which eliminated the clicking noise. Did a lot of investigation and thinking about the noisy fan and realized that the exterior unit was for a 2 ton and the air handler was set for 3 ton. Made the necessary adjustment and goodbye noise. Was absolutely impressed by the professionalism of Jose M. He did a fine job and also took away the rubbish left behind by the original installers. 10 out of 10 for Jose M.

Braulio and his team of Alexis and Breven were FANTASTIC! The were complete professionals and went way beyond the norm! This team should not be disbanded as they work extremely well with each other and want to do the task at hand properly the first time. They have no hesitation in answering questions or advising how something should be done for the overall BEST results! I feel I was very lucky to have this team do the full R&R of my old A/C unit while at the same time their complete attention to even the smallest of detail(s) for the install of the new A/C unit. Simply fantastic! If you have a chance, request this team!!

Really bad experience dealing with this company from day one since we installed brand new units a year ago. Installation took longer and they installed one wrong unit than what was promised. They reinstalled later after getting Home Depot involved. Less than one year and we have been finding issues over issues with the installation. First was water leak which took them four visits to fix. Now one unit is not cooling. After nobody showed up for one apt I had to call back to reschedule. They also send different technicians every time and service takes way longer. I wish I could give zero stars.

From Sales to Installation this project was seamless. The massive undertaking for the removal of a 20 yr. AC system to include the main unit and air handler was without fail. The team of Rick (Sales) and installation team of Andres and Jaime were the most professional I have seen. The installation of the new Rheem Split HVAC system included the reconditioning of the air box including all electrical and ductwork. This high end unit has a very technical control system that was installed perfectly. I highly recommend ARS/Rescue Rooter Orlando to all who are looking to upgrade their system.

we had a great sales guy matt petrunck and angel and his worker adnel work real hard they work about 12 hr and got it done very personal and made it sound easy i know it was a very hard job my house is old and lots of hands in it the house is from 1962 and the a c was done wrong the last time 3 ton outside 5 tons on the inside air handlor from sales to install was great the price was a little more them i was going to spend hopefuly you guys stand behind my unit 4 ton rheem with 10 years parts 10 years labor but all in all it was a great steart thank you very munch
