Steve and his team have been my "go-to" insurance people since I relocated to Arizona 4 years ago. Crystal, the office manager and agent, recognizes not only my name, but the names of everyone in my family when we call to make changes to our policies or to purchase additional insurance. In addition, Crystal always ensures I am receiving the best rate possible. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my insurance needs! There is something to be said for feeling like part of a family with the businesses where you spend money - and we definitely feel like we can count on Steve and his staff. This place is great!!! My husband and I had a horrible experience with Allstate increasing our deductibles and what not. After being completely upset I decided to get a quote with Gebhardt Insurance Group, not knowing that they were an insurance broker and would be able to shop around through all of their companies to find me the best rate. Now we are with AAA, and could not be happier!! Their staff is very friendly, caring, and willing to help with anything. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Brad was my agent there & was so very helpful. I was new in town and needed car insurance, rental insurance on a house I have out of state and also my health insurance. If I ever had a questions, he was always there to answer them. Also I needed a short term policy on my car insurance as I was moving out of state again and he helped set that up.
