worst !! My experience was very horrible! They lie to me , they provided me with two different COI that were inconsistent with each other.They gave me the run around for for weeks that my agent was not in the office, or either was on lunch, when I can clearly hear her in the background, after pleaded with them that I need this COI to be corrected in order for me to go back to work. I want this matter handle. I hope someone superior can contact me to resolve this matter.

They were referred to us for Industrial Insurance, which apparently most carriers wont provide. They LITERALLY called me within 3 minutes and had the business insured within a hour or two, tops. The agent was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. It was a very positive experience, especially after MONTHS of being put off, ignored, and just plain old dropping the ball experiences with others! A+

I got my quote within a few minutes the price was on par with or better than the other quotes I had got, and when I was ready to buy they got my certificate out within a day from when my policy bound.
