Whenever I ask Joana, Assistant to Sandra Cavoto , for anything she consistently [without fail] follows up and works her magic to get us what we request. So far, I have personally never gotten an unwelcoming attitude no matter the situation that we are presented with. Honestly, they have an exceptional crew that knows how to work together.
