After moving out of state, I found the agent that was closest to my location. This turned out to not be the best decision as I never heard from that agent over the next three years and when I did call with questions about adding additional insurance the answers were less than helpful. I was lucky enough to be find Kathy Chambers and the difference has been dramatic. She has contacted me personally when my home insurance renewed to verify that coverage was appropriate and to notify of changes made by State Farm. When we had a dishwasher leak, she provided contact information to a remediation company who was able to confirm that there was minimal damage providing great peace of mind. We have been very happy with the service from Kathy Chambers with our auto, life and home insurance.

Kathy has set herself and her State Farm office apart from the crowd. I consistently and constantly receive calls from my clients that I have referred to her and her office crew… saying how much they appreciate the effort they put forth to help on the personal and the business insurance lines. We needed all insurances-auto, home, umbrella, renters--and we were able to one stop shop with Kathy. She is the BEST AGENT we have encountered in the last 20 years of buying insurance. We were with Allstate and she pointed out their deficiencies and offered us her products which were comparably priced but offered way more coverage. She knows her stuff.
