Always had a bad experience here. My policy was issued by Molly and it was wrong from day one. Finally switched to another State Farm agent on Irving a few months ago and he got it worked out for me. The agent Shane was never available and his staff was never friendly or knowledgeable about my policy. Go somewhere else for insurance. Plenty of good State Farm offices on Irving close to this office that can do better. Call and transfer your account like I did.

Where do I start with this place!? Customer service is not good here and the staff is very dishonest. I handle the business for my elderly mother and when I call I have to speak to a rude young girl named Mollie. Very unprofessional and she can never answer any of my question. She always say she will have to call me back with the answer but I never hear from her and have to call back again. Very bad office and bad customer service.
