First Class was recommended to use by a former employee of theirs. Kevin came to our home and surveyed our existing air conditioning system which was very old. We immediately felt comfortable with him and trusted him. He gave us several options and explained the pros and cons of each. We made our decision and immediately given a start date. The workmen arrived on time and worked diligently. The project lasted 3 days during the warmest weather. They took the time each day to make sure we had some type of air conditioning before they left. When they finished they cleaned up all the debris and removed the old equipment. First Class made the arrangements for inspections and we knew when it would be done. When the work was completed they gave us a binder with all the warranty and serial numbers and explained how to use the new thermostat. We highly recommend First Class to anyone who needs honest answers to their air conditioning concerns.

Exceptionally excellent service from John found a potential problem in the routine service and was very impressed in the multiple step drain cleaning. John certainly is well appreciated by us over the many years of great service from First Class in every way. First Class Air conditioning has been serving our air conditioner systems for more than 14 years. John is our to go to requested person who always goes above and beyond the normal detailed work for the tip top running air conditioning system. He and other technicians plus the management staff at First Class consistently treat us very excellently taking care of us right away in the best way one would expect. We get lots of calls from other firms asking for our business and we say we have the "Best" the real "First Class" Air Conditioning Service company and no thanks.

They should change their name to No Class Air Conditioning. I just had my ac unit checked by a reputable ac contractor and my unit was in great shape. Last year when it was checked by Zach from First Class he found all kinds of "problems". He claimed that my unit should be replaced, that it had a leak, and that it required Freon (5 lbs). Do not trust them. They will try to get you to purchase additional services (that are unnecessary) and they use scare tactics to get you to purchase them. I spent over $350 on a system that was working fine. I did not have a leak. I did not need Freon. I did not need a new unit. I thought I was being scammed and the fact that my unit was in great shape this year and did not require anything other than a yearly checkup just proves that First Class has No Class.

First Class Air Conditioning is just that, first class!!! Kevin came to my home first to assess the old unit and advised me on what systems would be best. I chose the unit he recommended and thrilled I did. The installers arrived for installation and were super! When they were finished, all areas were spotless. Kevin also stopped by to check on the installation. I love the wifi control pad. I can adjust the air from my phone no matter were I am, in bed or on the road. I received my first full month bill and was shocked at the savings!!!! My bill was half the price. Now I understand what high efficient energy system means. I highly recommend First Class.

I can not recommend First Class AC highly enough. After having our unit damaged by Best Home Services during a basic inspection, First Class came to the rescue the next day. Their tech, Mr. Frank Rivera, quickly identified how Best Home "accidentally" released 4lbs of coolant from my 2015 unit and made it look like a leak. He also showed me, point by point, how Best Home Services written repair estimate of $3500 fro my two year old unit was basically complete BS. This kind of honesty and integrity in the AC business is priceless and First Class AC now has a customer for life. And thank you once again, Mr. Frank Rivera. You are a very good man.

Not sure how the office staff or technicians are but their answering service is "HORRIBLE" and extremely rude. A.C. is already fixed and my house is cooling off nicely, thanks to Teagues AC for their curtious prompt and friendly service, but I have yet to hear from the service man that was supposed to call. I never write reviews but always read them before calling someone for repairs. These reviews may be accurate during business hours but i dont feel they accurately reflect the after hour experience that I had after coming home from work to a 90°home.

I had First Class install two complete systems in my home last year. It was a complicated installation due to it being an older home. The design and installation were exceptional, and the system has worked extremely well for me. They just completed their one year follow up service (included) and even wax the outside of the compressor units to prevent corrosion. Both First Class, and their product Trane, have exceeded my expectations.

Josh repaired our 16 year old Trane A/C unit today in horrible heat and confined location. He diagnosed the problem quickly and set about fixing it. The job took several hours, but he was well prepared to do it (parts etc) and now we have our A/C working. We highly recommend First Class for new units, maintenance and repairs. Thank you Josh.

Appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 2pm. Doorbelll rang at 12:05. John put on booties which was greatly appreciated in my "white" house. I have had semi=annual check ups for 11 years....ALL the workmen have been polite, clean, and know their business!!! Highly recommend!

Having trouble with cool air not coming out twice in last 6 days while unit was running. Checked everything, though could not get the unit to act as it had 2 times before. Capacitor was starting to show a weakened reading so it was replaced. Very patient and thorough.

Everyone, from office staff to installers, was kind, polite, and very helpful. The unit purchased works much better that the previous one and is much more cost effective on the utility bill. At the very least, call and get a quote to see for yourself.
