Joining & getting established here was a breeze with the assistance of Jose at the Addison location. The app is great & website very helpful. Getting the payments set up without going into the bank is an initial process, but good to go following. Lots of choices and low interest rates helping me out financially!

Staff was very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Then dismissed us when we wanted to escalate the issue to management. Did not offer alternative solutions to our issue as well. Terrible customer service. Do not bank with them!

Can be slow, but always kind and patient. My Credit Union is actually in Austin, I use this place as my main banking branch, they take care of all my needs.

Slow service, and they seem to have as many if not more little fees than banks. I was spoiled with my first credit union. Not really worth it with this place.
