I was completely overwhelmed with moving my elderly father out of his home. There was so much junk that he had accumulated and the state of the home was quite poor with water damage, mold, mildew and just filth. What started as a one day, two truck job actually became a three day / six truck job. We gutted the entire house, carpet, basement, etc. and they even assisted in ripping up the carpet. The men showed up promptly, calling ahead of time and were so accomdating to what I needed done, it was awesome. The men were extremly professional, presented themselves quite well, and went above and beyond on two days, helping me move a large item into a storage container. 1-800-Got-Junk was flexible in my need of additonal days & trucks and took so much of the anxiety from me as I was on a vert tight schedule. They were amazingly quick and I strongly recommend them for any job. I can not thank you enough for all your assistance and understanding during a very difficult time. Great job guys!

This was my first experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK and I was not disappointed. Starting with setting up an appointment, the person on the phone was very courteous and helpful explaining the process. The next day, the 2 gentlemen arrived on time and were very polite and professional. They explained everything to me and were trying to give me the best price possible. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the truck, although it was going to be loaded with my junk. It gives a great first impression when you see clean equipment and friendly and courteous employees who seem to enjoy their job and making their customers happy. We will most certainly consider using their services in the future. Thank you 1-800-GOT-JUNK for making this a painless experience.

I was so impressed with 1-800-GOT-JUNK in St. Louis, My husband and I had accumulated a large pile of fencing waste, yard waste, some concerete, bird feeders, and tree roots over our yard overhaul of 1 year. We are AAA members and received a 15% discount, and arranged for a Saturday morning pickup time. The three guys called when they were 10 minutes away, and showed up right on time. After viewing our trash, they gave an estimate and began loading the truck. They even mentioned that they would have come over and demolished the fence and bird feeders for us included in the price! After 30 minutes, the truck was loaded and the final price was LOWER than the estimate! Really nice employees, timely service, and reasonable prices. Would DEFINITELY use them again!

They kept me informed of their arrival time and arrived as they said they would. They were able to start the day I received their on site bid and they worked steadily for six hours. After loading the truck for the last time and before they left, they swept the garage. They gave names of other companies that would dispose of the paint and other hazardous material. The two men were friendly, courteous and seem to enjoy their work. I would certainly recommend GOT JUNK to anyone needing to "clean house". Very professional.

The men who showed up were very courteous and friendly (including to my five year old twin boys, who watched everything the men did). They looked at what we had and showed me their prices, which were clearly laid out in an easy to read chart. As soon as I agreed to the price, they got to work getting everything out of my garage and backyard. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes. It was quick and very easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience using 1-800-Got-Junk. They are very competitive with dumpster rental fees, but they do all the manual labor on your behalf. The men who removed the excess junk from my home were friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. I did not feel like I needed to supervise them as they removed articles from various rooms. I will definitely use your services again when needed!

Very Good overall experience with 800-got junk, very responsive and good customer service (in one case they came out the same day I called)...we have used them three times for various home projects and they have been punctual and very pleasant and solid workers upon arrival...would like to see some pricing incentives or coupon especially as a repeat customer although overall cost is fair...I would definitely recommend to others!

Alex called to confirm time, when he and his assistant arrived, they were very cordial. Explained pricing clearly, even called to advise there were additional items behind box spring/mattress and if we wanted those taken as well. Very pleasant and professional, hang on to them, their customer service skills were excellent. We have used service previously and will continue again when the need arises.
