We recently completed our 2 + yr search for a new house and we have nothing but great things to say about Danielle of Sprik Realty. Our search was an on again, off again search and each time Danielle and her home builder husband Tim were there to go look at houses. She (and Tim) were very patient and gave us space to make the right decision for our family, while being responsive to our texts and phone calls. My husband liked having Tim at the showings since he could provide a builders perspective on a house, several times Tim would talk with my husband about repairs and let him know if it was a DIY project or if it needed a professional, he even gave accurate estimates of what it would cost. Over the course of the 2 yrs that we’ve worked with Danielle and Tim we’ve recommended them to a few friends and each of them had nothing but positive things to say about their experience. We will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in the greater Tulsa area.
