I follow Jay on Facebook everyday. I wish that I had found him sooner when I needed a great attorney a few years ago. He sent me some great CDs on knowing your rights and how to deal with a police encounter. He also included some Know Your Rights cards. He does a fantastic job informing us what our Constitutional Rights are.

Ask Jay K. Ramey for one of his business cards, on the back of his card is a great brief synopsis of how to handle police encounters so as to not give up any of your rights or incriminate yourself. You can literally read this card to an officer to assert your rights.
