Whenever I call this insurance company, I ask to talk to Natalie Rivera. She is a person who offers special treatment. Always monitors everything necessary so that my record is in order. If I forget something by mistake, she is always aware and immediately tracks that I complete my part. He is very patient and efficient. She is a true service AS! I believe without a doubt that is the best employee of your company. Next year I hope to go there to renew policies carts with her family.

Worst Insurance company ever! Stay away from this place! They never pick up the phone so Good luck if you have a policy with them and you need info about your coverages or if you need to make any changes. Oh, and they charge you for towing and rental without letting you know, instead of adding bodily injury. Also, They told my daughter that they dont offer bodily injury, are you serious? what type of insurance company doesnt offer bodily injury? so if you get into an accident be prepared to pay for everything out of your packet. They sell you cheap policies that doesnt cover anything. Even the salesperson at the dealer where my daughter got her car told us to avoid that company, unfortunately we didnt take his advice. This company is a fraud.

if i could give them a negative 5 stars i would. they should be ashamed to be called a company. They should not be in business. they are rude and never pick up their phones!!!!! they called me from a private number telling me if i didnt sign their documents they sent me to my email, they would cancel my insurance. but they havent sent me anything!! now i have been on the phone for the past hour, called every number they have, and they will not pick up any calls!!

everytime I call this place no one ever answers the phone. I was even calling before they open multiple times to see if they would pick up when opening but negative. its been 3 weeks straight and they still have not answered the phone or called or emailed me back. so far very disappointing and no type of communication
