My Mother is the love of my life and to have seen how her dignity and care was ignored and neglected by the Nursing Home in which she was a resident was devastating to me. My goal was to work with the facility in the care of my Mother and not to complain at every turn. Yet I was met with an Administration that was unresponsive and devoid of compassion. My Mother needed an Advocate and I found this with the Malman Law Firm. From my initial telephone call to Steve’s office I was treated with respect . They were empathetic to my concerns – they listened. Malman Law has a team of employees who exhibit professionalism at all times.
