By far best experience I have ever had with financing a property. Mor Grinberg of Network Capital was professional, informative, stuck to his word, laid everything down clearly, was attentive, and responsive. His team was equally as professional and got the job done with flying colors. Whenever there was an issue (like there often is with any financing) they handled it with precision and professionalism. Shelby was an invariable asset to the team. Once Mor Grinberg set up the deal she carried it through flawlessly to the end. I know there were others on the team involved but my communication was mainly with Mr. Grinberg and Shelby which made things easier anyhow and were a joy to work with. I am somewhat of a seasoned property owner but they really went above and beyond to get me the best deal out there and make the process seamless. By the way I forgot to mention they were doing two of my properties simultaneously but even that was handled incredibly well, making sure that neither loan was pushed through until I could sign both at the same time as to not inconvenience my work schedule as per my request. Great job guys I would recommend their services to anyone and I also tip my hat to Network Capital Funding Corporation and its owners for lowest interest rates and cost of a loan on the market, matched with responsible lending and service. I heard Network Capitals commercial a month ago called in and filled out the application with Alex Sheelit. I did not initially qualify because of credit issues, I was very close and was given advice on how to help myself and NC paid for a rapid rescore from the Credit Bureaus, and we waited the 7 business days for NO CHANGE, the CBs had not updated my account. So literally I approached my CU to try and they said the same thing about credit but they would try to work something out. I told Alex I was going to do so. That process was taking forever, and to finish the story Alex tried again after the 1st, I was approved, we worked through some issues with my appraisal, and I could not find my Survey so I had to get that done, but WE ARE NOW APPROVED FOR A CASH OUT, and IN THE TOUGHEST STATE IN THE NATION FOR THIS TYPE OF REFI. Boy am I glad I heard that show and made that call. I am in sales, and I would hire or recommend Alex in a New York minute, he is courteous, kind, helpful, tenacious, never gave up, and closed the deal. I could not ask for a better experience and his support was excellent and prompt, which was their closing coordinator, if I called or emailed anyone they got back to me that day and put up with my inquiries when I was kind of a pest. If you are going to do this, do it with Alex and his team

My hat is off to Eric Caron and Network Capital! I was skeptical after reading the reviews on working with an out of state lender, but then again, you can find exactly what you want on the internet, good or bad. Our second home equity loan Company started to play games with our second and our mortgage interest rate has been at 5.625%. We figured we could get a better rate now but would it make sense to refinance after having our mortgage for 11 years? I looked at current interest rates and I got a call from Eric in California. My wife and I and Eric had a quite a few conversations on what would be the best loan or even if it would make sense with our recent credit history. He was so thorough in answering my every question. His knowledge of his company, the loan process, and the many details of refinancing is very extensive. From the first phone call, our loan was done (funded) in 10 days. It all went without a hitch AND with a great rate, saving us quite a bit of money per month. Eric Caron and Network Capital is the bomb. Courteous, professional, up front, honest, and efficient are just a few of how my wife and I would rate them. I have told two of my coworkers about them and I won’t hesitate in telling more of my friends!

I give Alex S. and his team at Network Capital a perfect 10!!! The whole team had wonderful customer service skills; completely guiding me through the whole refinancing experience!!! I own multiple homes and was concerned I was not going to qualify for a lower interest rate or payment. I was also concerned about the amount of time & paper work I was going to have to provide. From the start, Alex was very personable and professional. I was refinancing my investment property and nervous about the process. He explained everything with patience and confidence. After going over my situation, he was able to formulate a plan for achieving my refinancing goals. During my refinance, Alex and the rest of the Network Capital team were proactive when working with me and that made me feel valued. I appreciate that Alex was able to explain each step of the process as it affect the end goal. Over all I saved $250 a month and removed my PMI which means a lot more money to my mortgage principle. Overall, they made this a very pleasant experience. I am very grateful and thankful. I will continue refinancing my other properties with Alex.

We’ve been looking at mortgage rates for the past 9 months, trying to find the right time to refinance our home. I received a lot of information from a number of mortgage brokers during that time, but rates were always high and the people we dealt with made us feel like dollar signs, not people. That all changed when we spoke with mortgage banker Eric Orwoll at Network Capital! I can’t say enough about him and our experience with Network Capital! Eric took the time to find out what we needed and what our future plans were for our home, then found us the best possible rate and worked with us as we gathered paperwork. Like a great surgeon, he handed us off to Jerry O’Brien for closing, but stayed in touch to make sure everything went smoothly. It took less than 2 weeks from our initial conversation to our closing, and Eric was with us the whole way! It was a 5 star plus experience and Eric will be our mortgage banker for every home we purchase or refi! His experience and capability are exemplary, but the best part is that he’s a nice guy and really let us know he cared about us as people. Thanks, Eric and Jerry!

We had a terrific experience with Jerry Moya of Network Capitol. I called him, almost on a whim, and after a short but very focused discussion, he asked me to provide several documents, and said he’d get to work. That was on a Weds evening, and he emailed me first thing Thursday morning to tell me he had two options that met my needs, and was available to talk at my convenience. He then emailed me the two options, with all the numbers, and when I called he was ready to lock a rate and start the actual loan process as soon as I could make a decision. This was all done Thursday morning, and while he was exceptionally responsive, there was no pressure from him to push any faster than my comfort level. I had checked with several companies , and his offer was as good as or better than any of them, and that was without any negotiating on my part. I’ll highly recommend Network Capital, and especially Jerry Moya, to any friend or family member interested in a mortgage or refinance. Quick response, great terms, straightforward discussion of options, no high-pressure tactics…. What’s not to love?

RUN AWAY!!!! FRAUD!!!! This company is shady and full of fraudulent activities. Do not trust this company. Do not work with this company. Do not work FOR this company. You will regret it. Upper management had a tendency to harass the assistants and front desk associates. Months into starting and weeks AFTER licenses were paid for, they came to us and demanded we sign a promissory note for repayment should we want to quit. A strange way to conduct businesss, due to the lack of disclosure and timing. As for consumers, be leery of what you read, I was paid to review this company and boost its reputation while working there and hide our ties to the BBB for anyone who has a negative experience. We intentionally prey on low credit and tough situations where people need the money. We were trained to take advantage of your situation, not to look out for your best interests (often the loans will cost you more in the long run). I left this company months into the job when the layers of fake smiles and friendly attitudes wore off and exposed this place for what is was.

My Wife Heard about Network Capital through the mortgage radio show. We had been looking at rates at our current regular credit Union, so we contacted Network Capital about rates to refinance, and was assigned loan officer, Alika. Alika was a pleasure to work with. He provided quick service to get out loan processes going when we saw the rate and how much we would be saving over time. He was knowledgeable, with our entire questions. Alika was readily available to answer any questions. We also dealt with loan processor, Charles, who was also part of the loan process. Only a few hiccups with always seeming to be just "one more thing" needed to get loan done, and some last minute confusion about whether closing would be, because of loan paper work. Overall, I was very pleased with Network Capital, the ability to sign several documents online, wish they had a better DOC upload system; most of the larger DOC’s had to be emailed. But in all it was a pretty good experience.

I worked with loan officer Andrew Jensen and loan processor Henny Hoofs recently to refinance two properties owned by my girlfriend Marsha. As an owner of multiple properties who has refinanced many times over decades, I found this particular experience to be especially rewarding and painless. Both Andrew and Henny provided exceptional service and friendly, consistent communication. I was able to contact Andrew at all hours, seven days a week, to provide information concerning the status of these refinances. I especially appreciate how quickly Andrew and the rest of the staff at Network Capital worked to close these loans and I commend them both for their superior and professional conduct. I predict that you will be well cared for by this company. We’ve been exploring for about a year the feasibility to refinance our home with different mortgage companies. About a month ago, I contacted several companies, including Lucas Faillace from Network Capital. The very favorable terms compounded by Lucas’ expertise and willingness to take the time to explain in detail the mortgage terms are what finally convinced me to pull the trigger and go with Network Capital. Lucas was very easy to talk to and quickly responded to follow up questions. The whole process went very smoothly, and we closed within approximately eight days from my initial call. Also want to give a shout out to Shelby Roth who processed the loan, answering questions late in the evening, and ensuring the loan closed without a hitch. Overall, very impressed with Network’s Capital business model and their focus on the customer. Will definitely consider Network Capital for our future mortgage needs.

Many promises were made after full disclosure and upon supplying of every financial document requested. The calls were all recorded so the promises can be reviewed. It was even promised that they would beat the other offers I had gotten. As soon as I found a house I liked, everything fell through. I was told there was nothing they could do. Interesting how one person can make promises on a recorded line and then completely do an about face. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever done business with. Daily calls while dealing with the sales guy. Then, it was impossible to get a return email. Luckily I found a better company that actually delivered on the promises that were made. I thought bait and switch tactics were illegal. I would be sure to have a backup plan, as I did, before entering into talks with Network Capital. Lender beware.
