He was recommended by a friend who used him to get her green card, we made our first appt with his office and went a few days later on the appt date. we started by meeting another attorney not fernando which we were told he was out of the office for a few days. this lawyer of his told my wife she had 2 options which were the DACA or getting her green card but would have to leave the country for a interview in juarez which scared the hell out of my wife. we gave the lawyer some info on her past and told him when she was younger her father started the process but he told us since she had gotten married with a illegal that it voided that process. well we started the DACA process since it was something we could barely afford at the time since the greencard option was about 3000.00 just for the attorney fees and still had the immigrartion fees also. well we agreed on the amount for the daca process and setup another appt to bring all the required paperwork so the lawyer could put it together in a packet with paperwork the lawyer will fill out. Funny thing is they got the packet ready but we had to mail it, i would thought they would take care of it but we went ahead and mailed it. months later we recieved a letter from immigration and they requested more information from my wife. a few days later we recieved a copy of the same letter from the lawyers office which i would have thought they would contact us to come in to discuss what is the next step but they didnt. we sent more info to immigration and again a few months later again immigration sent a another request for more detail info and again the lawyers office sent copies to us of the same letter. so we tried to contact the lawyer and explained to the lady who anwsered the phone the situation but she we would have to wait for a appt even thoe we explained the importance of our situation but to her we were just another number to her. so finally we recieved a final notice from immigration telling my wife she was denied for not enough proof of her been in the usa long enough and GED proof. i finally emailed the lawyers office and a miracle happened the acutal lawyer fernando replied stating he had been tryin to contact my wife for the longest which was false we even checked our cell phone records and voicemails and never recieved a call from him or his office just letters from immigration. So we felt that all they did was fill out paper work for us and left us to fend for ourselves against immigration.we tried to ask for a partial refund because i know they did a small amount of work but not enough for the fee they charged us. but they just said NO REFUNDS!!! so if you want a lawyer who never calls or never meets with his clients( he has his assistants do that) then hes the guy for you!!! Also i would recommend he keep his lawyers up to date with immigration laws because we went to 3 other highly recommended lawyers and they all said we could have done the green card process with the paperwork my wifes parents started when she entered the country as a child and wouldnt have to leave the country during the process since she was in the process already.

Fui recomendad, y escuchado muy benas cosas del abogado Dubove pero tambien no muy buenas cosas con la receptionista. con ella hablaras primero cada ves que quieras hablar con el abogado. Pero como quiera intente para ver alomejor no es lo k uno piensa.... mmmm tiene la rason, page mi primera cita, me atendieron bien. Para cuando ya los iva contratar, todo cambio, grosera la receptionista y tuve k ser 3 citas para poder ver al abogado y resulta k no iva estar, y asta parese que le molesto mas a ella que ami! me aseguraron k el me iva hablar y ya van a ser 3 semanas, y ninguna llamada. Gracias, lo bueno es que no gaste mi tiempo y mi dinero antes de saver como conducen su negocio. I was recommended, because ive heard Dubove is a good attorney but also that the receptionist is not pleasant, which is whom you have to deal with everytime you call or try to contact the attorney. But hey i gave it a benifet of the doubt... was i wrong, i paid my firts consultation and it went great, treated great too. To which when i had everything put together to hire everything went south. I made a specific very simple request to speak to the attorney and it took 3 appointments because it turns out he wasnt going to be in that day which i found out by calling and confirming, because you dont get a curtesy call. And it seems... no it was clear the receptionist had an issue with me trying to speak with the attorney I was trying to hire. What a joke. Finally spoke with some one else and was told i would get a call back by Mr. Dubove. Its going to be 3 wks, no call. Thank you, this saved my time and money before hiring if this is how the conduct business.

immigration status citizens -caution to this firm i went in with my husband and was basically thinking this is my dream to come true finally a chance to get my husbands citizenship ............................................ only to find out that the office was completley un-organized had some girl with out a license open our case numerouse mistakes were made after i gave them my deposit they require upfront they ask me for like 1500 more in order to help us and i had to have that within 2 months well i was crushed by this companies lies me and my husband left thinking that the case was closed i am now getting bills from them stating i owe them 2000 dollars and that our case is being put in front of immigration due to their mistake and no one to represent us please be carefull this is not a good place to trust or feel comfortable at! what happens if my husband gets taken away? we have a small baby. he is my world our family is everything if yours is too............... dont go here to Fernando Dubove!!
