No stars, these people are the worst. Was in an accident by no fault of mine and made the mistake of obtaining that Godsey Martin which in itself is a big joke. They then transferred my case over to Rolle Breeland who is another joke. All of them are crooks. They work together to try to swindle you out of all they can. Case has been going on for 2 years and it seems like for another 2 years or more. Had a mediation supposedly and that Jane told me that she would try to recover about 2 to 3 thousand for me, mind you I lost my car and got injured. So after that a trial was supposedly set for May 2nd. They claimed that they sent a letter informing me of it, never got a letter. So I arranged to be off work so I called to confirm and got hung up on or call dropped. Called again later on and that Jane got on the phone and said that the trail had been moved to September, what a joke. All of this I think, trying to make me cave in and just say that I will take a few dollars. Good attorneys with integrity are so hard to find. I would not recommend that Godsey Martin and Rolle Breeland to a cockroach. I have a feeling that this will be going on for several years or at least until I cave in and take peanuts. I was told by Jane that if case goes to court I might not get anything

Everytime I try to call I never get a return I try to be patient I talked to another attorneys assistant he says the case is ready for court . although the judge in Denton County is dragging this on there was a comment made that everyone is passing the buck I wonder if everyone is being paid under the table my case has been given Lee Breland from Eberstine weather right . this case is going on three years. I asked the man how long will this take he tells me this case can go on for the rest of my life. judges getting paid off Insurance attorneys getting paid off + ripping off auto insurance company. the only way to deal with people like this s to call the State Bar and file a grievance against the judges and attorneys to get this proceeding going that is also including the insurance companies having to file a grievance with the state Bar these are my personal thoughts

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBBLE!!! THEY TALK TO YOU AS IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW THE WHOLE PROCESS WORKS AND GETS AGGRAVATED WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS, THE VOICEMAIL IS ALWAYS FULL AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A CALL BACK!!! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS FIRM!!! IM STILL WAITING ON A CALL BACK FROM DECEMBER!!!! DONT LET EBERSTEIN AND WITHERITE REFER YOUR CASE TO THEM!!!!!!

I got hit in the back by a negligent driver almost 3 years ago and this law firm is still giving me the run around. This is the worst law firm. They talk good until you sign papers and then you want ever get to speak to anyone.
