PROCEED WITH CAUTION: Nov 2016 I was pulled over in the city of Irving for a speeding ticket. Dec 2016 I paid Bobbitt Law Office to represent me for this ticket. When payment was made I explained to the law firm that I travel often a may not be able to make the court date that would be issued. On the same date they emailed me forms and on the same date they were sent back with a payment made over the phone. Original price of the ticket during this time was $189. Court date was in the month of March 2017 and not only was I not able to make it court neither did my lawyer. A warrant was issued within the same month. In the month of May 2017 I received a phone call from the city of Irving stating I have a warrant for my arrest. The same day I called Bobbitt Law Office and they told me I needed to fill out more forms, but they wouldn’t charge me for the fee to lift the warrant due to their mistake. Next court date was in the monthly of July 2017. I was there as well as my lawyer. He didn’t connect with his clients until the court door actually opened. Our option was to pay the fine and 60 day probation or attempt to go to court. He really pushed to take 60 day probation. Due to missing the prior court date my ticket went up to $298 dollars (Warrant Fees). I asked him why I should pay the additional cost if this was an error made by his office. He told me he couldn’t do anything about this and blamed his administrative staff, but he would send all my final support to me personally in email and gave me a business card. Conclusion – He never emailed me nor adjusted any of my fees or refunded the additional cost I had to pay. His administrative team is bad. If this is what I went through for a speeding ticket it could only get worse if he had to defend someone for a more serious case. I wouldn’t use him again for ticket, and for sure wouldn’t use him for any serious cases because then he would blame his administrative office while you’re sitting in jail due to his team’s error. I gave him an opportunity to fix a wrong so now I will make it right by helping others. Buyers BEWARE. Yes I paid the entire amount. Also noticed all of the 5 are individuals with cases dismissed or did it really happen.

I went to court on 6/9 with Laura it was a jp ticket that i had hired them 3 yrs ago for while waiting ( honestly did not want to come to court) but followed her recommendations and came my case was dismissed i was wowed i had to wait for a slip but as I sat there I heard the clerk tell my attorney that 200 yeah 200 traffic tickets where getting dismissed on the spot. I could not believe it I asked Laura she said that Because they took so long to gives us a court date that the court was dismissing them based on Laura telling them they had been waiting a long time she even had one waiting 8 yrs. I was amazed that this could happen so many times I was upset that I kept calling and them telling me we where waiting for a court date but we truly were. I will continue to trust Bobbitt Law . Be patient and really follow their instructions make sure to check their letters and continue and email for follow ups. I know we have seen a few changes but they are working thru them and offering amazing results in the end.

Bobbitt Law in Austin did great work on my traffic ticket case (tailgating). The receptionists were always responsive to requests, and the case workers I talked with on the phone explained everything about what I was getting in to, and how the court process goes. The attorney I was assigned, Mr. Martin, was patient in explaining all my options and advising me of the best course. In the end, he went along with my request to go to trial, and was proactive with the prosecutor as the trial started (leading to a dismissal). The firm gave me no guarantee of winning, but to me, the fee is small ($70) and worth it to have the help and information along the way, even if I lose in the end. And they raise the odds of winning.

I hired Bobbitt Law to handle a case of assault, The firm Bobbitt law assigned Mr. Krist Caldwell to take care of the case against me. He fought for m, like if I was his Brother. Hes is very intelligent, honest and aggressive at the same time. Thanks to Mr. Krist Caldwell and God of course, I was declared innocent by the Jury. I do recommend Mr. Krist Caldwell to take care of your cases. As for I, I hope never to have the need for him or any lawyer. But if I ever do, Mr. Krist Caldwell is my Guy. He is such a nice person with a great personality, He is honest and humble person, I just love Mr. Caldwell. Great terrific lawyer, who knows that he is doing and how to fight for your rights. The staff is very unprofessional and misinformed. I hired them back in November and I was supposed to get a client packet in the mail which I never received it I kept inquiring about it. Finally l emailed them and got the packet via email. Signed and sent it back to them. I get a letter in the mail saying my case is dismissed. A week later I am trying to sell my car and apparently there is a lien on my car, when I call the DPS office they said there is a warrant out for my arrest. And I called bobbitt law back and they said they disposed the case coz I never signed the packet that was sent to me via mail. I will never hire them again.

Caveat Emptor "Buyer Beware" - Hired this firm after reading their nice glossy marketing material after I received a speeding ticket. I could have paid the $195.00 and received deferred adjudication. But I hired Bobbitt Law to try and get it dismissed for a fee of $195.00. Never heard anything from them until I got a letter in the mail which stated I got deferred adjudication and I owed the City of Arlington $175.00. This was after the person on the phone said I would only owe the $195 and they would take care of everything. I will chalk this up to a $175 learning experience. Use at your own risk!!!

Worst experience ever. This people they are fake and they will ripped you off. They will make a real pretty story to get your money and then no results. I end up paying more than double for tickets when they promised me representation and even to not going to court for anything that they had it all cover. I could do better myself in court. Open your eyes people, this people at Bobbit law they are not for you only to get your money and then to throw you under the bus. I can believe they call themselves professional.

Worst ever!!!!! I could of just took care of the traffic ticket myself!!!!! My running a red light ticket was $218 which I could of just paid for and went to traffic school to get it off my record. I DID NOT WANT TO GO TO THE SCHOOL so I paid $280+ to bobbitt law to take care of it. After, I end up requiring to pay $125 additional to the court and have to take the class!!!! What the heck! Oh and they almost never answer their phone. What customer service!? None existent!

We did not have to go to court and for our busy schedule that was perfect! We paid a pretty heavy fine but I guess that is to be expected. The only thing I would change is a copy of the court documents or at least a mailed explanation of what happen. A voice mail is not always the best bet and leaves a lot of questions in the air.

I received a letter from the firm stating both of my cases (traffic) were dismissed. 2 months later I had warrants for the same tix. "We sent that letter in error, and sent another letter the next day" is all they could tell me. I never received a 2nd letter. Wasted $350 on them when I should have just paid the damn fines.

Received a speeding ticket. Have not had a speeding ticket in over 40 years. Called Bobbit Law Austin and was instructed what I should do I followed their advice. Met the lawyer at traffic court. He was able to get the judge to agree to not have points on my driving record. Gladly paid the fine. Well worth the cost.

hired them thinking i could get out of my ticket instead of having to take DD.(cheaper option). 3 months later after court date and everything i ended up having to take it anyway. so in all i ended up paying bobbitt and for the DD. waited 3 months for nothing but waste more money
