My wife was involved in an auto incident 2 years ago involving serious injury to a pedestrian who was crossing a major roadway, at night. Police investigation concluded that the injured pedestrian was totally at fault. A law suit ensued and Frankenmuth Mutual was with us all the way. They took care of our car rental and repair costs, medical bills and legal fees. They retained a top notch defense attorney and settled the case, relieving us of a lot of anxiety and stress. After the way our case was handled, and based on my personal experience, I would recommend Frankenmuth and give them a 5 star endorsement.

DO NOT EVEN INQUIRE ABOUT INSURANCE WITH THESE SCAMMING FRAUDS!!! They will cause you nothing but grief. Is your home or automobile worth anything? If so DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR INSURANCE!!!! I cannot stress this enough. They will change your rate in the middle of your term without your knowledge and bill you like you owe it. They will not pay claims and find loopholes. IF YOU GET A DOG YOU WILL BE CHARGED 500% MORE JUST SO YOU WILL CANCEL OR DROP THEM.

Was great until 2 deer accidents, they are out of our control . Should we have swerved and rolled car to miss them and possibly end up dead or injured for life and have medical bills for them to pay? I pay faithfully every month for years and get price increase for nature. What do we pay for if we cannot use it ? Bull crap. Think we will after all these years shop around

I have had Frankenmuth Insurance for my homeowners for several years. After the recent tornado hit my back yard and barn we filed a claim. The adjuster was very prompt and fair, less than a week after the storm we had checks in hand ready to rebuild. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but my experience with this company is outstanding! Thank you!

DOG HATERS. We have a Staffordshire terrier mix from the humane society who is also a register emotional support dog that is licensed to enter any building. We are being asked to pay an $8,000 fee to keep our insurance under them. They told us they would rather drop us on the spot than pay a dog bite claim. Never recommending this company to anybody.

They truly are for the homeowner, unlike many companies I have contact with.

Unauthorized billing, failed to refund after 3 weeks, had to go through my bank. Months after I cancelled and got my money back for the unauthrorized charge that was charged after cancellation, I receive a random bill for $37 with threats to refer me to collections. Just one of the many headaches, STAY AWAY
