McMichael Insurance has been handling my insurance for over 30 years, and I highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Mark McMichael is my contact for my personal insurance. He responds quickly and is extremely clear and thorough when answering my questions as they come up. I needed to make a claim recently and Mark laid out my options and directed me to the appropriate person I needed to contact. I get a refreshing feeling of competence from Mark, and I feel like I am getting service from a friend! I also have Business Insurance with McMichael Insurance. Kathy handles that for me. I have had some needs to increase my coverage and get city bonds with short notice, and Kathy has responded quickly, pleasantly, and expedited it for me.
