Somebody Somewhere

I had the most bizarre customer service experience with this business. These ladies are so bad at their job it was actually amusing. They are all rude, childish, condescending, and unprofessional. I am certain this business will be going under any day now. Anyway, my sister called to cancel a plan and a lady named Barbra seemed quite offended by that. My sister asked to speak to someone else so was transferred to someone named Tracy Thomas of Member Service Office Manager). She was worst then the last woman and so we said that we told her would be making a complaint. We called corporate and low and behold its Tracy again! We asked she transfer us over to a higher up but instead she transferred up to her friend Glenda. (Office Manager) She also had a tone with us and talked about how they are all best friends and godfearing! What? Such a strange group. Run by amateurs. Stay away from this dental plan. They are not trustworthy.

Avia has really been beneficial to us. I didn’t have any dental insurance for 2 years, but the great discount that we get through Avia has allowed me to have my 2 dental checkups a year affordably. My husband goes to a periodontist twice a year. Insurance doesn’t cover it. Because I have Avia, they give us a 25% curtesy discount. Avia saves me more than insurance does. I have insurance now, but I still want My Avia!!!

I am very impressed with Avia. The first time I used it, I paid $150 for a cleaning, exam and panoramic Xrays for both myself and my daughter. The regular price for these services would have been $500. Also, when I call a person actually answers the phone and answers the question!! No menus to pick from and no transferring to another department.
