The Schwartzapfel staff are phenomenal!!! They are very friendly, kind and provide exceptional customer service beginning with the receptionists, Para Legal Jackie Vollo and my attorney Michael Reiner. You are treated as a person and not just a client. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and spoken to in a courteous manner by the staff at all times. My phone calls have always been returned to me immediately when reasonably able. I was always kept informed of any updates respective to my case in a timely manner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with their services. They managed every situation with integrity and were honest with me by addressing realistic expectations, when interacting with insurance companies. Confronting insurance companies and attorneys can be very intimidating. However, my attorney Michael Reiner who represented me in a personal injury matter was very reassuring. I immediately sensed he was a competent attorney who sincerely cared about my situation and family. This gave me peace and removed the significant burden off my shoulders as I knew he would battle for us. And that he did, with exceptional fortitude in a professional manner and with sincere dedication. The moment my husband and I realized he needed a lawyer, we went online and researched for the best attorney we could find. We met with Sachin Gadlh and Carlene Smith. We told them our problem, they asked us questions, and they agreed to represent us. Throughout the whole process, they were there for us. We received realistic answers to all of our questions; we knew exactly what to expect. Even when we did not have reason to call them, they called us just to keep us updated.
