Brad Pistotnik law firm is outstanding. We experienced a devastating car wreck when a pickup truck pulled out in front of us when we were going 55mph. We went from 55mph to zero in less than a second, and nearly lost our lives as well as that of our children and grandchildren who were in the car. They worked directly with us through the entire process and delivered when it counted. When we got resistance from insurance carriers, they stood their ground with sound professional evidence and the carriers backed down. We received the full amount demanded by Tony Atterbury, our Lawyer with his sound advice and tough approach (based on facts and evidence, not empty threats and unfounded innuendo). Well k lawyer put me ami did not help me at all her work lasted a year and finally I got a pittance in interviews not even paying attention to me speaking and looking at his computer. For me it is a racist lawyer who does not help Hispanics NOT FOR NOTHING RECOMMEND BECAUSE IT IS A RACIST.

This law firm is great! I was in a horrible car crash (that was not even our fault) in another state while on vacation with my family. Within 24 hours we started receiving harassing calls from insurance companies. I called Brad Pistotnik Law immediately and they took my case over the phone. The harassing phone calls stopped and I did not have to lift a finger to deal with any of that drama. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING! I could focus on my recovery from surgery and physical therapy. I was rear-ended by a semi in Dec 2015. After attempting to deal with the insurance companies by myself I called Brad on the advice of friends. It was the best decision I could have made. His staff took over dealing with the insurance companies, allowing me to focus on my recovery. They were available to answer any questions I had and walked me through the process of getting my life back in order. I would not have been able to reach a settlement on my own and likely would have not have been able to receive the medical care/physical therapy I needed to recover. Brad Pistonek and his staff are very professional and personable. I was very happy with how my case was handled, as well as the outcome. When Brad needed to turn my case to another attorney in his office, Jay Sizemore, I was initially leery, but Jay turned out to be a very experienced, intelligent and competent lawyer as well.
