I recently received a confusing letter from a past insurance company. I contacted Amberly at VGW and asked her what the letter could be relating to, as it pertained to money. Instead of pushing me away and suggesting that I contact the company direct, Amberly, without hesitation, said that she would contact the company on my behalf and get back in touch with me. Within the hour, Amberly called me back and explained that the company had previously sent me a check that had been returned. She updated my information with the company and a check was re-cut and mailed to my new address. Great customer service goes along way. Thank you so much Amberly.
