First time, I called to get a quote they put me on hold and forgot about me, I was on the line for about half an hour when I decided to hang up. Second time, I called and they put me on "hold" the lady was clearly having a non work related conversation with someone else laughing and when she came back her voice was muffled. I think her name was Ruby, when I told her, her voice was muffled she "fixed" it and I told her it sounded the same so she hung up!!
