Very prompt to respond to any communication...either answering a question or confirming receipt of information. Very through with all required details, and an excellent job of explaining each. Provided all documents needed to proceed, and efficiently used electronic media to expedite processing all transactions. Always provided an optional proposal in addition to the one being requested / considered. Excellent job. Yes, I would recommend to friends and associates.

The owner Dave Reed came to our business and evaluated our current policy. He could of told me that i needed a new policy with his company. He in fact stated our policy was good and we should stay with it. That was a first, he is a very kind and honest person who did not make me feel that all he wanted was a sale.
