I would recommend Scott Schiff and Associates to EVERYONE! Keith Shepardson and Jennifer were amazing from start to finish. They answered all of my questions and fought for me for almost two years to get the settlement that I was entitled to and deserved. I was hit by a drunk driver and he totaled my car, caused me tens of thousands of dollars in medical fees, a year in physical therapy, a broken shoulder, concussion and much more. Scott Schiff and associates were my first and last call. They started working with me right away and took care of me every step of the way. Fast forward to today and I can finally put this ordeal behind me. They were able to get my medical bills paid off and got me a very fair sum for pain and suffering. I could not be happier with their services. Especially the work of Keith and Jennifer. A+!

I agree with Dan. My wife and I had a horrible experience with this firm after her unfortunate accident. After her settlement, which was lower than expected, she was given inaccurate information on receiving the settlement check time and time again. The office was unresponsive, promised to call back with information and never did, provided completely inaccurate informatin regarding the check, the amount of time it would take to arrive, where it would arrive, etc. When my wife called to ask what the status of the settlement check was, she was given the run around time and time again. Needless to say, if ever in another accident, we WILL NOT be contacting Schiff & Associates.
