The positive experience started when my wife and I walked in the door and were greeted by Edwin. He showed us to the conference room and asked if we wanted any refreshments while we waited for Kyle. The positive experience only got better once we had the pleasure of working with Kyle on our Estate and Living Wills. He walked us through step by step stopping along the way to ensure we had an understanding and would frequently ask if we had any questions. Not once did we feel rushed and it felt like their team took care of us as if we were family.
