John Jones is sexist. He made sexual comments to me, his client. As we stood in the court room facing my ex husband It was sickening. When I tried to tell both women Black or LoBello they both insulted me for asking them to investigate. I had witnesses. They could careless.They were prortecting their attorney insead of protecting their intergrity. They have zero. All of my phone calls went unaswered through my drug out year long divorce that could have been resolved with one call to my ex husbands attorney. They are businnes to make money but they are also in your life at its most vunlnerable time. John Jones could care less about his client once he gets his retainer. Most of the sucsess in my final divorce negotiations were because of me pushing to finish not John. Then to add insult to injury he tried and did overbill me. I had to fight with him about that. As I read all of these "excellent" reviews. its as an employee of their firm wrote them. If you are searching for a team the will have your best interest at heart rather than just their bottomline- Please hire a different firm.

My experience with Black and LoBello and John Jones as my attorney has gone above and beyond my expectations. I came in feeling very defeated with little hope in the Nevada Family Law and relocating out of the state with my minor children. John took on my case with extreme confidence! He handled my case far more superior than i could have ever asked for. He is extremely knowledgeable in family law. For once I can say that I had someone not only fighting for me and my family but also believed in our best interest. Imagine our surprise when our expectations were exceeded! Our attorney, Randy Creighton, was the consummate professional who listened more than he talked, admitted (once) when he did not know the answer to a particular question and then dug for the proper reference until he had the right answer. He prepared for our case so well that it smoother than we ever imagined it could. We were astonished!

I hired this firm. I paid $20,000 up front, for my divorce. John Jones met with me and was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable (Until he got paid) but then it all fell apart. I did my part, every time I called Mr. Jones, he rarely returned our calls. I was notified that this firm being investigated by the IRS, and in fact the owner of this firm was sentenced to prison!!! For tax evasion!! What a crook!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Round 2 of court battles included a request to move my children out of state. John was prepared and overlooked no details in order to win my case. End result was approval from the courts to allow the move which is almost unheard of. John is professional, honorable, thorough and very good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone needed a lawyer.

You could not ask for a more dishonest law firm. They over charge and are so very unprofessional. They must have paid for the good reviews. They did not obey what the court had required them to do. It ended up causing my child a lot of emotional problems because of their actions. I think you could find a must better law firm to represent you.

This is a horrible law firm. There are rude and did not keep me informed about what was going on in my case. They charge very high fees but their legal skills are below average. Legal cases are no fun but this law firm makes it an unbearable experience. You can find much nicer, more competent attorneys for less money.

They have managed my expectations and provided efficient counsel in all of my matters. I have not had to worry about being over-billed. They also have a strong sense of humor and are caring.

After retaining this firm to fix my mortgage they would not return phone calls or emails. Then when they finally called I would get a bill for $90 in the mail for a 5 minute call, but still nothing was accomplished. Complete waste of $2,000!! Avoid!!
