When I was first told that my daughter was going to be used as leverage against me, I panicked. I first had my daughter withheld from on a Friday evening. In a distraught state, I began emailing and calling every family lawyer I could find on the internet. Attorneys, who apparently usually work bankers’ hours, wouldn’t take my call. Any attorney I was able to contact wanted $150 consultation fee to hear me out after the weekend. Marco, responded to my email immediately. And even though I was over reacting, and very anxious, Marco, was able to speak to me and explain things to me logically. He reassured me that, as an involved and loving father, I had rights, and we were going to fight for them. Through the entire process, Marco, and his staff were very helpful, friendly, communicative, and honest. All my parental rights are now secured by Court Order. Co-parenting is never easy; but now that we have clearly set guidelines, it has made everything exponentially easier. I highly recommend Marco, and his staff to anyone seeking legal representation.

I had a difficult situation regarding guardianship with a family member. I have never had to hire a lawyer for anything in my life time, so I was sure where to start. I originally did research online and read reviews and that is how I came about my decision. I am happy with the outcome and the service that I received from this law firm. Marco was a very friendly, caring, and professional man who is compassionate to my concerns by giving me hope and advice. His office manager Jodi...wow! amazing! Due to my mind going in all different directions, I would always call her on Fridays not thinking that she told me numerous times that she is not in the office on Fridays. I recently posted a review about my experience with Marco and it was very positive, however after continuing to use him over the past year my opinion has gone the other way. I have had more correspondence about my bill than I have about my case. I also felt Marco was very unprepared at both my court hearings. I have incurred a lot more costs than I should have had to. I had to follow up with Marco on something that should have been taken care of before the judge caught it and threatened to hold my alimony until it was taken care of. I also feel had Marco been better prepared at our hearing I would not have been held in contempt and therefore the costs would have been absorbed by ex who was the original one in violation. I would not recommend him to anyone at this point and am sorry my once very respectable opinion of him has soured.

I think Marco Brown is an incredibly talented attorney. I have watched him represent many many clients throughout the last couple of years and I know that he has an incredible sense of duty towards each and everyone of his clients. About four years ago I was newly married and had lost my job. On top of losing my job.My driving record was not looking so good. Multiple infractions had piled up against because I was being young,stupid and irresponsible. On a certain day I was taking my truck from one location to another. The registration was expired I had no insurance no drivers license and my break lights were out. Of course I was pulled over and cited for multiple infractions and my truck was impounded.
