In September 2011 I was invloved in a car accident where someone ran the red light and t-boned my car. At the accident scene my daughter call 411 pain which recommed me to Shane Smith Law Firm. From the first phone call they where very informative. They kept me in the loop on my case in every was possabile and explain everything to me so I can understand. We spoke on a weekly basic about how the case was going and what stage the case was in. When I was advised I had paperwork in the mail it would be at my home in the next 2-3 business days. It has now been 10 months after my accident and they have came to a settlement that I am very satisfied with. I would recommed this law firm to anyone Very fast, professional and friendly.

I had a exceptional experience with Shane Smith. I had an accident and I was not trying to get rich. My goal was to recover my medical and pain treatment bills. They helped me to recover a reasonable settlement for pains and medical bills. Moreover Shane Smith customer service and case manager were very helpful and friendly. All of my work was done either on the phone, emails or mails. You have to take into consideration that insurance companies have group of lawyers working for them. Your case must have legitimate medical treatment and pain management to recover your expenses.

The Best Possible experience. The law offices of Shane Smith provided me exactly what I needed at a very scary time in my life. I was hit by a drunk driver with no evidence of insurance. DO NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE!!!! They will scam you. They will let you think you are getting money for "pain & inconvenience" when really the amount they give is not enough to cover the medical bills that they con you into agreeing are your responsibility. You will always get a voicemail because they will never answer the phone. You should probably get an attorney to read through THEIR paperwork before you sign ANYTHING because trust me they will TRICK you and your credit will be ruined!!!!!!!
