9 year later after the court case was closed and our life is a living hell. My son was an innocent by stander who sustained head injuries that resulted in him living in hell every single day of his life. Mike Morse failed to represent my son and got bought out, it was a multi million dollar case. Now my son has millions in medical debt that State Farm does not have to pay. My sons life has been changed forever, he is not the same person. The lawyer on the other side told me, he knows this is a legit case and that he should be awarded everything he deserves, but he had his job to do, he knew my son was damaged as so did the 4 cases of medical documents that proved his injuries. State Farm won with one piece of paper. So you tell me, how good is this firm? Just like Sam Bernstein, these firms flip cases like pancakes They are not on your side, they are where the easy money is. Whether you win or not, they get paid from who you are suing

I would like to say on behalf of my family this law /firm has did ok job, but problem no stands, we still have medical bill that was sent during process and was not paid. As client I expected that all bills will be paid in full before anyone including, attorneys,client was paid. I do not believe I should have call multiple phones numbers, insurance companies, hospitals to discuss a medical bill. During my case I was switched and the process became even longer paper was misplaced, during rush this bill was not paid. I would like this firm to own up to their name, status, and pay medical bill I do not deserve as client to pay this bill, I hired you and this bill need to be paid. Other than that I think this case was handled in timely matter except this medical bill I am still waiting for Mike Morse Law Firm to pay since they received their 1/3 fee out of settlement.

Well, they contacted me and called me into the office and decided to work with me regarding my fire insurance claim that myself and my husband have with a horrible company called Assurant through Geico. If you ever have to get home or renters insurance, please do not go through this company because they are known to stiff their customers when you do have a claim.
