Good Morning, I am in process with Craig Swapp & Associates, Cindy Rhoadas (Case Manager) is Professional, Respectful, Tough, Smart, Understandable, Helpful , Caring etc., she know what she is doing and what she wants , she KNOW’S HER JOB VERY WELL, I also know people reading this will say “she is getting paid” , however after hearing unpleasant stories from people I know and trust about different attorneys firm , I fill with her like family, she is MAKING SURE that my needs be #1 and that they are taken care off, not someone else , every question that I have she knowingly and accurately answered. At Craig Swapp & Associates people are extremely pleasant and know what they are doing, they are working for me (or you or any individual that necessitate their service) not the other person. After this case is completed, in the future if I necessitate any kind attorney service I am not looking someplace else I will call them 1st for the reason that they are AWSOME. My husband and I lost our business and were in a lot of trouble with our creditors. We had several judgments against us and our checking account was garnished. We needed immediate debt relief. We called Craig Swapp & Associates and spoke with Amy and Shelley. They speedily put our case together and we met with Ron Glines. Our appointment went way past 5:00 pm but Ron stayed and finished our case so we could stop our garnishment. He made us feel important and did not rush our appointment. When we were finished we had a plan and new exactly what was happening. Amy and Shelley were also great to work with. They were very thorough with knowing exactly what we needed to put together for court. They were also very easy to get a hold of. Ron was prepared with everything we needed at every court meeting. If you are injured in a car accident I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them. I thought I was okay right after my accident, but as time progressed I was still having a little pain in areas of my back. It was at this point that I went to the Chiropractor. The doctor revealed I had rather serious ligament damage from the wreck and it would affect me for the rest of my life unless I corrected it soon. At this point I decided to call Craig Swapp. It was a quick call and they had someone come out to me the next day (my earliest convenience). I’m EXTREMELY glad I made the call because when all is said and done with my physical therapy I know I’ll be okay with them on my side. I had contacted this firm Mr Glines some monthes prior to filling bankruptcy and was assured that they would be helpful in processing my filing. Ron and Amy Stocking and Shelley Roberts also tried to find ways to help me resolve my matter with out filing. After much discussion they and I determined that bankruptcy was my only option. They were very helpful and walked me through many of the steps that I was not sure of. They handled this is a timely and friendly matter. I would recommend them and their services to anyone. Shelley Roberts, Ron Glines, and Amy Stocking are the best bankruptcy lawyers in the state. I had done a bankruptcy in the past, and my lawyer on that bankruptcy gave me nothing but problems and seemed to look down on me for filing. From the first moment of working with these guys it was a totally different experience. The answered all my questions honestly, treated me with respect, and answered all my phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
