I recently went through Fiorella for health insurance during last open enrollment and the agent that signed me up with Florida Blue was Cary Haerlin. He seemed knowledgeable and professional when he was signing me on and gave me all the information and price for my health insurance. It was less stressful than going healthcare.gov. I received my January invoice from Florida Blue and the amount was twice what Fiorella quoted me and I called my agent to discuss why the sudden change in the premium. He was unavailable and I left him a vm on his direct number. This was in January 2017. I have left numerous messages as I keep getting invoices from Florida Blue and not sure what to do about the increase premium since my agent is refusing to give me courtesy call back to explain the difference in the monthly policy rate. There is no option to speak with another agent or a supervisor and it is very frustrating that a professional will not give a call back to clarify the discrepancy in the rate that he gave me. He is my agent on record and since January, I have not got my questions answered and not a single response. I just left another voicemail before writing this review. Extremely disappointed.

Called looking for health insurance. Got the health policy. So far, so good. However, turns out the agent also signed me up for an additional policy to which I did not agree. Unfortunately, I did not discover this unauthorized policy until months later while reviewing unusual charges on my credit card statement. Now I am out $384.09 for policy premium charges on a policy I never authorized. I have cancelled the policy directly with the insurance company. I have heard nothing from the agent for the last 7 months and so far my telephone and email inquiries on this unauthorized policy and unauthorized charges have not gotten any response. Conclusion from my experience==>>Buyer beware and review your bank/credit card charges closely and timely.

One of the worst insurance companies , they will get you insurance ,promise you it is locked in at a certain rate, later on increase your rate, when you start calling and leaving voice messages,as well as emailing , your calls and emails will be ignored and never returned , you will never hear from them again, they are a bunch of liars. best of luck if you call Angel ! worst customer service ever, secondly a processor by the name Sherry . Emailing or phone calling is useless with these two, you will never get a phone call returned back.

Well i filed for insurance December 29th they took the binder payment December 30th. Still no insurance. The agent who i spoke with, Anthony Edwards, is giving me the same issues as the aforementioned comments.(no calls back, straight to voice mail, ect) im currently waiting on call back from the agency to hopefully get this resolved, but i dont have my hopes up. FIND INSURANCE THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE. UPDATE: never received a call a back. Seriously find another agency.

Most terrible insurance agent I ever had. They quote you prices and get you signed up. Then you find out later insurance company canceled you out because information was entered wrong or rate would double from original quote. Many times they do not return calls or hard to get ahild if people. I tried to get ahold of Amanda several times and they always told me she had to leave work early to go get her kids. Will never ever use them again. Will post review on Yelp also.
