I recently had some storm damage and Tracie and her team were excellent to deal with. They made the claim process so easy and was so readily available to answer any of my questions. I never even met or spoke to my last insurance agent so having Tracie is a breath of fresh air. Nobody likes to deal with insurance but it is a must and you might as well have the best with Tracie!!

Tracie and her team are wonderful! They are always very responsive and willing to help find ways to save money. I recently had to update my insurance info because I bought a new car and within a couple of hours I had a new card emailed to me by the Bibb team. They always go above and beyond. And, they have a super cute dog at the office as the agency mascot!

Came here because of her ads on 101.1, and had been happy with rates and customer service until today. Hit a bump in the road and made a late payment, that was accepted at the time, and then was canceled and back dated 2weeks...when approached, I was stone walled and my new rate works have been more than double my previous rate...went back to Farmers.
