Was furlowed from my job. I went from 40 hours a week to 20 hours a week. for 6 weeks. I filed for underemployment on march 10th. Unemployment kept playing games for a month and a half. 42 Days Later I called Governer Rick Snyders office and his office staff was able to get this solved. Rick Snyder rocks as do the people that work in his office, If the UIA is screwing you over call the governers office!

Waiting for bus there in parking lot when I stayed on Clyde park I had to go across town to pick up my prescriptions and when I left there somebody stole my bus rides ticket and knew I had no money left as airway oxygen said they needed prescription for my abd pads that go on my leg other wise I could buy them so I had to pay to take bus there and buy and pads and they said that day I had money

Horrible phone system horrible wait time at the office on Plainfield. Accused of a overpayment of $500 and got penalized for $10,000. No one too talk to been writing letters no response have been going through this since 2013. Need help and answers please.

ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! THE SYSTEM CONSTANTLY COMES UP WITH REASONS NOT TO PAY YOUR EARNED CLAIM!! HAVE TO KEEP GOING TO THE "PROBLEM RESOLUTION CENTER", WHERE THERE IS ALWAYS A WAIT OF AT LEAST A COUPLE OF HOURS!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Went there because someone filed for unemployment under my name. Went there midday to try and avoid a wait, I had to wait for 2 hours to fill out 10 minutes worth of paperwork. Typical understaffed government agency.

Worst service ever. I took 2 weeks off of work with the full intention of coming back (and i did) and i still didnt get any money. Dont we tax payers pay for this? Why is this so awful...

Only one phone number, unanswered, for the entire state and all of its offices. One must travel no matter how far to these outposts. :( Everything about MI unemployment services is trash.

Worst service ever. They will do anything they can not to pay you even if they have no reason to they will play games with you for months.
