The two stars, as opposed to no stars, are because I was very impressed with the technician, Oskar, who came on three consecutive visits to attempt to fix our gas leak in a furnace and hot water heater installed by his company. That being said, his company, which had a twenty-year relationship with the house we just bought, had installed the HVAC system, (which is still under warranty), apparently does not stand by their own work enough to fix their installation errors. I was told, after being charged, for their visit, that they cannot fix their own work, or even make it easier to help another company fix it. And so, instead of having a new maintenance contract with Parker Pearce, instead of paying them several thousand dollars to replace their badly installed water heater... We are giving that money and our business to someone else.

The nest learning thermostat in my house was not working well. The issue was that my furnace blower started before ignition. I called Parker Pearce and they sent an expert, Oscar (tech #426), to my house. Oscar was extremely professional and friendly. He checked all the parts of my furnace and excluded errors one by one. Then, Oscar figured out the issue and gave me an solution. Finally, the issue was solved and the system worked well. Oscar also showed up for a second time to make sure the everything worked well in my furnace. In addition, Oscar was very patient to answer all my questions and taught me how to handle emergency furnace issue next time. Thanks Oscar and Parker Pearce.

I had the Air Duct Cleaning Service done for my whole house. Pedro Flores was the technician he was on schedule, friendly and courteous and got right on to the job reviewing where all the registers were and even helped me to slide furniture and boxes around to where he could reach and clean the registers thoroughly. He even went the extra mile to make sure all areas were clean and swept around each register once the the air compression work was done. I could not believe how much dust came out of the air ducts! After it was all done, we woke up the next day with no stuffy noses and clean fresh air around the house. Great feeling. Great job.

Parker Pearce provided excellent customer support and service. Additionally, they were one of the only HVAC repair companies to provide same day scheduling (my issue took place on the weekend and had no issues getting scheduled). Keith Thomas (technician number 361) was punctual, knowledgeable, and addressed my issue in a timely manner. He was very clear in describing the options available to me and did not force the more expensive services. Overall, I highly recommend Parker Pearce and recommend asking for Keith Thomas.

Inevitably on the one day we had real snow/winter precip this year our furnace stopped working. Needless to say the house was getting cold quickly. If you open your door for Parker Pearce and Ron Collins and Aaron Wade are on the other side consider yourself blessed! these two worked for basically two whole days on our house and did a fantastic job explaining everything and making sure that it all worked properly. 5 stars! Technician, Edwin Canales, arrived on time. He inspected the gas furnace. He identified the source of an unusual noise, and he rapidly and expertly corrected the problem. He explained what he was doing and why. He was courteous and the cost of the service was very reasonable. I would recommend Service Experts to my family and friends.
