I had a claim with a State Farm Agent that was ignored and I was denied the claim and when I contacted that agent I never was passed to my head agent, just spoke with the staff that did little to nothing to help my situation. My agent retired and Daniel became my agent. I went in and met Daniel and told him about my problem that had happened almost a year earlier. He re-opened my claim and personally handled the entire situation. My claim was accepted and handled in an incredibly professional way. I could not believe the personal attention and care that Daniel and his staff gave me during this situation. I will not have another insurance agent other than Daniel. He and his staff are extremely courteous and conscientious in everything that they do. I would highly recommend this State Farm branch to anyone looking for an agent that will treat you like a friend rather than a client on a list.

I was fed up with no service and constant rate hikes by my old homeowners company. This is for me, she listened to me ,provided suggestions and then went to work. She provided me with excellant coverage at a much better rate, Then Brittiany went to work and found another 440 dollars annual savings on my autos. Very respectful and curteous.
