I was very happy with the service Gary provided me and my husband. I work in a similar industry and I always tell my clients that it is so important to have an insurance advisor who is there to work with you in any situation, and even more important that they are local so you can meet and review policies. I bought my home 5 years ago and I should have taken my own advice sooner because Gary provides the level of service I was always looking for. With the two agents I had previously used, if we wanted anything we had to contact them; with our first guy we never heard from him after we signed our policy. We are so thankful that Gary exudes the highest level of customer service and care. Gary is extremely proactive and I can tell he has a lot of systems set in place to make sure that every client is truly taken care of. He was extremely thorough with the questions he asked us to understand our needs/wants, and whenever I had questions (which was a lot), he did a great job explaining it so we could make educated decisions.
