I feel raped every Time I deal with this company. First of all I payed a $190.00 down payment. Several days later, I purchased a new vehicle. I called to ad the new vehicle to the policy. I was told that the company that insured me does not accept new vehicles.I was then told I need to make another down payment to another company to start coverage on the new vehicle. What a scam!!! I looked at my bill and saw an automatic $12.00 billing fee. As if this was not enough, I went in to pay my payment at the business and was charged another $10.00 convenience fee. Total $22.00 above and beyond. I regret doing business with these shysters. If you want to feel taken advantage of it is a good place.for any hard working person this is a horrible to do business. Insurance agents and salespeople, scum of the earth at its finest.
