Over the course of 25 years of working with insurance companies, I have come to one conclusion, who is going to be there for you when things go bad! Do you want to call a 1800 number and speak to someone in India or someone in the same zip code? AIOV is my local agent, yes agent! An agent who is there to help me find the best coverage for what my needs are and make sure the actual insurance company does what they say they are going to do. I greatly appreciate the level of service AIOV gives me and the options they provide. When I needed to file a claim, I did not call 1800 somewhere rather I called Dave and he helped me get through the claim process. I was very pleased to know there was someone I could call whom I trust help me in a difficult situation. As for finding the right coverage for me and my two teen drivers, AIOV shared 3 scenarios and walked me through bascially good, better and best scenarios. Keeping all things equal (limits and deductibles), I chose the one that made sense for me. AIOV has provided me great service and I trust what they do for me and my family.

I have been insured through Auto Insurers of Virginia for about one year now. When I bought my policy they provided me with a fast accurate quote and saved me money. I was actually able to sign my policy on-line so there was no need to travel across town. I also purchased an Umbrella policy and saved even more money on my auto with a multi-policy discount.
