They picked up my Harley on a Thursday morning and called me in the afternoon to let me know it was ready! Sure it was just for a new battery, oil change and one small repair but I was still pleasantly surprised at how fast they did it and get me back on the road. Their service manager is very friendly and personable, the price was reasonable and the dealership is conveniently located and always fun to browse through. If I decide to buy a new bike or trade mine, I would confidently go to FW Harley. Meanwhile, I am glad they are keeping my old one running. Thanks. BT.

Best service ever. I needed some parts for my road king. I told Nick in parts that I was needing a new clutch and then I went shopping in motor clothes. Jamie in motor clothes got me fitted for a new helmet and boots. I went back to parts where Nick had my clutch pack waiting for me to check out. They always take the best care of me!

Also walked around the dealership looking at motor clothes area which everyone was very helpful and attentive to my needs while I was in the dealership. Had a vibe ration in the rear. Took to several places with no luck. Went into the Service drive and talked with Sam. He took the bike for a test ride and came back. Stated he knew the problem. Checked my tire pressure. The back was way over inflated. Thank you for having a great advisor with knowledge. A+ in my book.

Great Place to look. Bad, if you hate standing in line as much as I do. Stand in line at the parts counter, then go stand in line to pay. The Grand Prarie dealer is so much faster, I drive 30 miles further. But, I have a Harley. I dont mind riding an xtra 30 miles.
