In july 2016, we called frais air general service experts to install a rinai tankless heater for our house. This brand was recommended by a friend and neighbor. We were informed by fras air that they no longer carry this Brand but recommended a bosch tankless heater. The installers were very good and hard workers. We immediately had issues with hot water delays of several minutes along with cold spots during showers, cold water for hand washing, dishwasher loads, laundry loads. It was terrible. From july tthrough October we met with managers, technicians and Bosch representatives. On top of losing time at work, we were advised that we needed a new well tank, ( this is running in tip top shape for over a year later per our well experts along with the Well pump) We also were advised that we needed a separate hot water tank to heat up the water befor is be tankless kicked in. All without guarantee that we could have continuous hot showers, dishwasher and laundry loads. These item were around 6 thousand over the already ten thousand dollars. Y the end of october, we called in a different company as we were advised that there was nothing that could be done if the cold spots didnt occur while the bosch representatives were present to evaluate. We had a new hot water tank installed and the bosch tankless disconnected by a new company. We have had no problem with the new tank, thanks to the new company, but could never reach a compromise from fras air service experts as they feel there was nothing wrong with their product and would not compensate us at all. Shame on them. They should not advise people to use a bosch tankless to a home with a well. Very un professional management.

The staff was extremely polite and courteous. They arrived at the time they said they would. The first guy said that I needed a new burner box, but all I had to do was to hit the reset button to get heat. He showed me where the button was located, but strongly suggested that I might as well get a new furnace because this was likely the beginning of the end-- because this furnace is at least 15 years old. So they sent the Sales Guy. No one ever said that there was anything wrong with the old furnace that could not be repaired. When I still did not get heat, I called and they said over the phone without another look that I needed a new burner box. After three calls back, Chris finally ordered the box. Chris told me that would call as soon as the part arrived. Ten days later, (I was still using space heaters) I called to find out if the part had arrived. Glory be, it had just come in. The man came out to install the part. Six hours later, I had no heat. At the end of the day, they misdiagnosed the problem. I got the feeling that they were not interested nearly as much in the repair as they were interested in selling me a new furnace. I did not like the fact that they not ever returned a call. I always had to call them. I got the impression that when I did not want to buy, they lost interest in doing business with me.

I have hired this company for AC tune up service based on Google reviews. They sent a person who seems not knowledgeable about the system. He did incorrect diagnosis about my compressor & was over the phone most of the time during his diagnosis with other technician to seek advise. I was not happy with the service & explained them the situation. They sent another technician & 2nd representative looks experienced & provided different information which proves 1st representative was not knowledgeable.He agreed to me that part was replaced by 1st representative may not require. Very bad experience with AC tune up which ended with expensive part replacement, which was not required at all. But I have to pay for it because of poor knowledge of technician. I explained all experience with Manager. No positive response from him.

Yesterday afternoon my a/c stopped working and I was able to get an appointment for this morning to have it serviced. I have used Service Expert in the past to service both my a/c and furnace and have always been pleased with the service. Mike S. was courteous, on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my a/c. I would definitely recommend Service Expert. 10/25/16I just had my furnace checked out by Rom Oliviera, the service technician. He was polite, personable and efficient. He not only serviced my furnace, but helped me reset my thermostat and replaced my battery in my smoke detector. He went out of his way to help and explain things to me. Again I would rate Fras-Air Service Experts five stars.

After at least 16 years of using Fraser Air I am still a very satisfied customer! Recently someone shared that she was buying a new home and had questions about the HVAC system and I suggested your company . She called and could not thank me enough for their opinion and support they gave her. I knew I could recommend them and the customer would get expert advice and service. Ryan has been servicing our home the last several times and I have requested him as he is very patient and knowledgable. I am a very happy home owner. We were in need of a new HVAC system when ours broke in June. After getting quotes from many companies and explaining our situation, Fras-Air not only came out and gave us a quote but their employee, Adam, went out and bought window units and personally came and installed them to tide us over until our installation date. This was top-notch, quality customer service. He went above and beyond. The gentlemen who came to install the system, Peter, Paul and Daniel all did an amazing job and were more than professional. Our follow-up, tune-up was also done by a quality serviceman. We are more than impressed with the company and highly recommend them!

Dan from Fras Air came today to perform our annual maintenance on our AC unit. Dan was professional and courtesy. I was impressed that he asked about last years service and how the AC was operating throughout last season. I also asked him questions related to our water heater. He was able to address my immediate questions and offered to get a specialist on the phone to assist. I will leave that call to my husband. I am AC he is water heater:-) I have to say there has not been a time that I have used Fras Air that I have not been 100% satisfied. I have been doing business with them for over 9 years and highly recommend them and Dan!

Today I received my annual heat maintenance from Fras-Air. Latif was the technician who came out. He was very detailed and informative in updating me on the status of my system. Much more detailed than most technicians who visit. I now know what to look out for as my system ages and If should have problems in the future. My only issue was that he did not have in stock the filters that I require for my system. They will have to come out again to install it. But this was not his fault as they are rapidly replacing them during this fall season and was out of stock.

I have used Fras-Air on many occasions -- all good. This visit was to install a whole-home dehumidification unit in our basement (6/23/17). The crew comprised Jordan (lead), Josh, and Bryan. The work was expertly performed, and the crew was very courteous and professional. All of my questions were either addressed or referred to another Fras-Air staff person. Fras-Air is more expensive than some service providers, but they invest a lot in staff training, and it shows in the quality of their work. I will not hesitate to contact them for future service needs.

Fras-Air is very convenient and accommodating. We called on one of the hottest afternoons of the summer. They quoted to be out within the hour, not only did they more than meet that estimate, we had cool air flowing through our house again within 75 minutes from our phone call. The technician, Sean, was very pleasant, personable, accommodating with regards to our pets and very knowledgeable and well spoken regarding the repairs that needed to be made as well as very efficient at completely them quickly. I highly recommend their services.

Our experience was terrific, from the initial call to schedule an appointment and get estimates, to the actual service - and much better then prior HVAC and plumbing providers. Our technician, Rom, was very knowledgeable, thorough and fair. He performed a thorough AC tuneup, and diagnosed and fixed a problem economically and correctly. In addition, when replacing a garbage disposal for us, his experience enabled him to proactively make an adjustment to avoid a known issue. Strongly recommend.

We upgraded our homes two zone heating and AC units today w/ Lennox equipment. Sales consultant Adam did an outstanding job customizing the units and features to fit our homes needs and budget. The service techs Frank, Jordan, Kevin and Tim did an awesome job on the install (very clean workmanship), explaining all the new features of the units and demo of the new iComfort thermostats. Fras-Air installed our new furnace after our old one went for a swim during Hurricane Irene. They have been top notch coming once a year since the install to check on the unit and tune it up for the winter. Today Dan came to do our annual service. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. They came right in the window of time I was quoted. He did a thorough cleaning and inspection of the furnace in a timely manner. I totally recommend Fras-Air and ask for Dan to your service.

Mr. Ryan Prochko visited our house for air conditioning repair. He did a phenomenal job with diagnostic and repair. It is working better than before. He was so good that we wanted him back to replace the attic fan. Again a great job. While talking to him I realized he does plumbing. So he did a third trip to replace a fridge valve and sump pump. Sean May was the technician who did my annual maintenance on my furnace. During the inspection, he found that my humidifier was not operating. I believe that a humidifier is an important part of my HVAC system for obvious health reasons. I am grateful he was observant enough to find this problem and had the required humidistat on his truck and quickly fixed the faulty unit. PS - he also had a friendly and professional manner which I appreciate.

We have used Service Experts for years. My technician today, Dan, was very professional. He called prior to his arrival indicating his approximate time. After arriving on time, he came in did a thorough evaluation and replaced our filter. He was very informative as well as considerate! I felt very informed throughout the WHOLE process. He did a great job communicating with the customer.

Our furnace fan stopped working after a storm on one of the hottest days in July. Hence, no air conditioning. Our service tech, Rom, called us before he arrived for service. Rom is professional , courteous and knowledgeable. He fully explained the problem and gave us options. The repair was done promptly and we are pleased. I would definitely recommend and use Fras-air in the future!

Overall great experience with our salesman John! He gave a call to let us know when he would arrive and was more or less right on time for the start time of appointment! Checked everything thoroughly throughout the out the entire house and had the right answer and explanation to all of our questions. Price, warranty and knowledge is right! They were very careful with installing and removing the old furnace and A/C. They were very good with cleaning up after the installation. I would highly recommend them.

I requested an estimate for a new Air conditioning unit installation. Salesman Adam and technician Jordan and arrived to my home promptly at the scheduled appointment time. Both gentlemen were friendly, professional, and answered every detailed question I had regarding the new A/C unit they were quoting me on. I am looking forward to having them install my A/C unit.
